The Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona Real Estate Market Is On Fire! I remember just a few years ago when people were saying it is going to take decades for the market to return. I said it will return and when it does, it will be with a vengeance! I was right!

Active listings are down 8.52%, and sales are up 3.83% compared to the same time last year. The average price per square foot is $381.14 up from $313.59 a foot last year.

We have 247 active properties on the market, and we have sold 65 homes in July 2020. Currently, there is a 3.80 month supply of homes, and the average time on the market is 87 days.
