Scottsdale Luxury Real Estate Stats for July 2020

The Scottsdale Arizona luxury real estate market is hot! Between the $500,000 to $700,000 price range, we have less than a month of inventory, and the selling price is 98.4% of the sales price. The $700,000 to 1 million range has 1.3 month supply of active properties and is selling 98.1% of the asking price. Even the one million to three million price range is running at a 3 month supply and is selling at 95.6% of the listed price. Over the three million range, there is a 9.82 month supply, and this range is selling at 94.3& of the asking price.

The average price per square foot for all price ranges above is approximately $275 a square foot. The homes remodeled to today’s styles homes are receiving about $315 to $350 a square foot. The average days on the market is 97 days.

I personally believe the supply will stay limited and the demand high. Price will continue to rise.
